ZJ50D Skid-mounted Modular Drilling Rigs
Features:
Skid-mounted modular drilling rig is a new type drilling rig independently developed by our group. Its transmission system is a combination of hydraulic and mechanical drives, driller centralized operation is adopted in the hydraulic and pneumatic control system, the brake control system is flexible and reliable, and the auxiliary brake is flexible, convenient and efficient, so as to meet the requirements of automatic bit feeding. The design, production and manufacture of this skid-mounted modular drilling rig confirm to API Spec, 7k, 8C and 4F.
Products Characteristics:
The drilling rig meets new requirements of the current drilling operation.
Skid-mounted modularization design is adopted, which makes the rig structure more compact, the installation and transportation more convenient, and the drilling floor smaller.
Various types of derricks and substructures are provided for chosen, such as telescoping vertical lifting derrick, K-type integrated lifting derrick, retractable substructure, swing-up substructure, and box-on-box substructure.
Standardized and modularized design is adopted and multiple combination methods can be chosen, which enhance the universality and compatibility of the rig, and meet the requirements of different clients.
The main brake is equipped with band brake or disc brake, the auxiliary brake can be provided with pneumatic water-cooling disc brake or electromagnetic eddy current brake, and dynamic brake can be adopted for the auxiliary brake of electric driven rig, while independent bit feeding motor and control system can be adopted for drawworks.
Networking and information technology is adopted to integrate electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic controls, monitor and display, so as to realize intelligentialized and safe control of the driller.
Perfected solid control, well control, high-pressure manifold system, and ancillary facilities like generator room, pump house and doghouse can meet different requirements of the customers.
The pursuit of “People Oriented” design philosophy strengthens the security protection and detection measures, so as to meet the requirements of HSE specification.
